12 dogs who struggle to walk. One honest story.

Do you have a dog struggling to walk? Apply to Recovery Stories program.

We build custom dog shoes — each shoe shaped to one specific paw, from measurements you take at home. This autumn we're choosing 12 dogs (French bulldogs, German shepherds and Dachshunds) for our Recovery Stories program.

The custom medical dog shoes are free. In return you document what actually happens — the good and the bad — in three posts over about one month.

APPLY TO RECOVERY STORIES PROGRAM

 The commitment · all required to apply

You'll measure your dog's paws properly with a caliper. Measurements are ready well before 14 September.

You'll post 3 times over about 4 weeks on your own account, tagging @barkandsole: first fitting, around week 2, and an honest verdict at week 4. You'll add up to 2 Story sets if you have more to show.

You'll say what actually happened — including if the shoes disappoint you. An honest bad review is more use to us than a polite good one.

You'll mark the posts as gifted (#gifted / "gifted by @barkandsole"), as US rules require.

BARK & SOLE may use your photos and videos in our marketing, including paid ads, with credit to your account. You'll get the full terms by email before anything is made.

You'll do one short call (about 20 minutes) at the end so we can learn what to fix.
